Shipping Policy:
VERSUS can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products as some products may not be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your products as well as the shipping quotes on the check out page.
Purchaser must provide a phone # that can be reached easily as a cell/ mobile phone is a preferred method of contact as well as an email address. All orders will be shipped with Signature via the most economical method chosen by VERSUS unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. USPS & FedEx Ground is the preferred method of shipping except in cases of oversized products requiring the use of truck freight. No cancellation is allowed once the items have been shipped. If the package is refused upon delivery, purchasers will be charged the full amount less the total inbound and outbound shipping cost, plus 25% restocking fee as well as any applicable attorney's fees if any. Order cancellation on products that have been boxed and ready to ship are subject to a 5% fee for boxing/ handling/ packaging fee.
International purchaser is responsible for all Customs, Duty & Tax if applicable & must be paid prior receiving the products. Please check with your local government regulations prior purchasing on this website.
Please also note that the international shipping rates for many products we sell are weight-based shipped via Air Freight unless for bulk purchase which might be able to ship by Ocean Freight. Please Contact Us for more details when purchasing in bulk for combine shipping quotes. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full United States Dollars.
Returns Policy
- Claims for Damaged or Defective Items Must be made within 3 (three) business days from the confirmed delivery date.
- No Return on ANY Special order, custom made or products that have been used, modified, painted, or installed!
- If any merchandise purchased through this website does not meet your expectations, please file a claim via email, Contact Us or the shop that you purchased from with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) will NOT be issued after 5 (five) business days of receiving the product and return must be shipped within 10 (ten) business days of the issuing of the RMA#. We will respond quickly with written RMA # via email.
- All returned products must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, emblem, instruction, etc. how it came originally. Return must have the original packaging or there will be up to $250 re-packaging fees.
- Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products ordered by purchaser’s are not considered wrong products sent due to VeilSide mistake.
- All returns, exchanged or credit issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges, which are not refundable.
- On a certain condition, the restocking fee may be waived if you wish to retain as a store credit. Further action will be discussed per case basis per VERSUS discretion.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, VEILSIDE shall determine whether the product in question is defective.
- If VeilSide does not accept the products as being defective or can be returned then purchaser must accept any all incurred cost.
- All returns must be shipped with pre-paid shipping regardless of the return conditions.
- Any returns sent shipping collect or without RMA # will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense.
- All returnable products must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition.
- Purchaser of VeilSide product to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection; otherwise, neither VEILSIDE nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment.
- Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise that was damaged on the way back to VEILSIDE. In such a case, the purchaser will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was shipped.
- RMA # must be written on the outside of the packages being returned without exception.
- Return will be issued back to the original payment method of the purchaser.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
